Some items on this website are made by Shirts With a Porpoise using designs purchased to be used for commercial purposes. Some designs that are made by Shirts With a Porpoise can be modified, such as the color of the design. If that is possible, it will be listed so on the item description options. Shirt colors may vary in shade depending on the screen you are viewing it on, as some items may appear different in person than on a computer. We try our best to give accurate descriptions, and in the event a particular shirt color is out of stock, we will provide the next closest color to the one you (the customer) choose. Also, we will try to specify in the item description, but we don't always use the same brand shirt for every item. In the event that your shirt does not fit correctly due to wrong ordering, or because some brands run big or small, you can return it so as long you pay shipping costs. As soon as we recieve the returned shirt, and you have specified which size you would like with the new shirt, then we will gladly make it and ship it to you as fast as we can. We love customizing shirts or other items, so if there is something you would like to add on to an item, then let us know and we will try to accomodate you! There will be a 7% sales tax on every item sold from our home state of Florida. We don't like taxes either, but we still have to pay them! We strive to make everyone happy, but also realize we are human just like you! We will do what we can, within reason, to make your order right if you are not satisfied. Thank you for your business!
